  I have been working for an attorney for sometime now and have made a few appearances in court with him. This most recent time around I had an opportunity to go in alone because the attorney I work for was going to do a telephonic appearance. As I was entering the courtroom with this judge I am already familiar with I saw many people sitting in the seating area. When facing a problem in our world we attempt to solve these issues as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, this can be a struggle. Many issues can be complex and get out-of-hand for the average person. This produces cynicism in people when they start to feel that they can't effectively make changes in their world and the immediate things around them. Corporations, non-profits, businesses, government, and family can all become this way. In our modern world, we have a tendency to view only the darkest aspects of old traditions especially ones of a religious nature. I am not going to pretend that churches of the very old days (pre-renaissance) had a "grassroots" congregation or that they approached anything humanitarian. What is going on in Seattle

As an advocate for the local community, My regional perimeter is quite large. I go all the way down to Olympia to do work, and I am no stranger to Seattle (where I worked for 3 years) which is in between Olympia and where I live in Snohomish County. Seattle is turning into something it shouldn't, thanks to the council and the mayor. I would consider myself to be a business friendly person, and most Seattlites and others in the Northwest should have mutual feelings. The private sector is very strong in our communities and offers vast amounts of wealth for our communities through employment. The opportunities here are wonderful for the community and for individuals to pull themselves up and make a living. Let's be real though. Homelessness is a big issue…
